Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — and we want to be straight with you about why.

BackroadsLab is a two-person operation. Every product is designed, printed, and packed by hand. Right now, adding international shipping would mean more time on logistics and less time building the products you actually want. That's a tradeoff we're not willing to make.

We're focused on getting the product lineup right, keeping quality high, and growing at a pace that doesn't compromise either. International shipping is on the roadmap — just not today.

What is the return policy?

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, email us at support@backroadslab.com and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund. No runaround.

When will I get my order?

Because every product is printed and packed by hand, most orders ship within two business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery time after shipping depends on your location — typically 3–5 business days for domestic orders via USPS.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed, manufactured, assembled, and fulfilled from Durango, CO and Cambridge, MA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Can I request a custom color or logo?

Our products come in a range of colorways, check each product page for current options. For high-quantity orders, we're happy to discuss custom colors or logos. Reach out at support@backroadslab.com and we'll get back to you.

Are your products compatible with my bike?

Compatibility varies by product. If you're unsure whether something will work with your setup, reach out before you order and we'll give you a straight answer.
